Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with overtime opportunities
5 - 7 patients per day, occasional increase up to 12
Inpatient psychiatric unit with adult patients 18 and older
Medical H&Ps handled by hospitalists
Team of 4 providers sharing workload
Average length of stay 6.6 days
Inpatient hospital consults required
Average daily census of 17 patients
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
